My top 5 study tips
1Find ways to balance your academic studies, whether it be sport, music, volunteering or socialising. Exercise is particularly important as it allows you to destress and refocus.
2Create a study routine and plan your revision at the beginning of each week to keep yourself organised.
3Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night so you can retain the knowledge you've learned and have your brain in peak condition the next day.
4Always ask questions! Your peers, older students and teachers are here to help so don't be afraid to ask for advice or feedback as well.
5Hard work pays off - be confident in yourself and your abilities!
