My top 5 study tips
1Set goals and plan out what you want to do before you start your revision.
2Making sure these goals are realistic, and specific. Wanting to do too much can be overwhelming and quickly lead to burnout.
3Break up your study sessions into manageable chunks. A few hours efficient work can get you much further than working non-stop for the entire day.
4Rote learning isn't really learning. Knowing why an equation works is just as if not important than knowing how to apply it in an exam.
5Break out of the habit of focusing on 1 subject just because you're good at it/it has the earliest due date for an assignment or exam. Time management with multiple subjects is crucial in the HSC as well as later on in your tertiary education.
